LBS Properties has advised Cubitt Property Holdings Limited on the acquisition of a 50,000 square foot office building in Marsh Wall East.
225 Marsh Wall is a multi-let office building located in the area known as Marsh Wall East, immediately to the south-east of the Canary Wharf business district. The building provides flexible office space of various sizes, as well as a business centre offering short-term accommodation to businesses.
The property lies within the Isle of Dogs Opportunity Area, identified in the London Plan, and the Marsh Wall East site allocation, as set out in the Tower Hamlets’ Managing Development Document.
LBS Properties led the acquisition of the building and will manage the operational and commercial aspects of the property.
