Artillery Row, SW1 achieves planning permission


The City of Westminster has this month granted detailed planning consent for redevelopment of 4-16 Artillery Row to provide a nine storey building plus basement, comprising retail at ground floor level, 22 residential flats with terraces on the upper floors and basement car parking.

LBS Properties led the acquisition of the site and managed the planning application. LBS Properties will manage the delivery of the development, with works expected to commence in mid 2013.
