Three Awards for Eight Artillery Row, SW1 At ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016’
Eight Artillery Row, SW1 was the recipient of three awards at the ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016’.
The recently completed scheme in Victoria was amongst the most lauded at the awards, being highly commended for ‘Best Apartment’ and ‘Best Conversion’, and winning ‘Best London Home’.
Eight Artillery Row, SW1 Wins ‘BDA Chairman’s Award’ At The 2015 ‘Brick Awards’
LBS Properties are proud to announce that Eight Artillery Row has been awarded the ‘BDA Chairman’s Award’ at the 2015 ‘Brick Awards’.
On the decision to award Eight Artillery Row with this accolade, the Chairman of the Brick Development Association stated:

The careful attention to detail has produced a sustainable building… This building exemplifies the kind of refurbishment project that we need if we are to regenerate our inner city areas in a sustainable way and create the kind of environments which people value and where they want to live.’
The Madison, E14 Launches
The Madison has now launched at exhibitions at The Four Seasons Hotel, Canary Wharf and The Westbury Hotel, Mayfair.
LBS Properties unveiled The Madison at two London launches, where domestic buyers were able to benefit from an ‘Apartment Finder’ scale model of the development and an interactive ‘Media Board’.

Works completed at Eight Artillery Row, SW1
Works have now completed on the luxury residential development Eight Artillery Row.
Eight Artillery Row is a collection of 22 luxury apartments, located south of Victoria Street in the heart of SW1, in close reach of Buckingham Palace, St James Park and Parliament Square.
Works commenced on the Make Architects designed building in July 2013, and following a highly successful launch, all apartments were sold prior to completion in June 2015.
LBS Properties led the acquisition of the site, secured detailed planning permission and managed delivery of the development.
Meridian Gate, E14 achieves planning permission
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has this month granted detailed planning consent for redevelopment of Meridian Gate to provide a building of ground floor plus 53 storeys, comprising 423 residential apartments, lower level office accommodation, 30 basement car parking spaces and an extensive new public garden.
Residents of the building will enjoy a private club facility on the 16th floor, as well as a gym, swimming pool and spa.
LBS Properties led the acquisition of the site and managed the planning application. LBS will manage the delivery of the development.
Trafalgar One Penthouse wins ‘Best Apartment’ at ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards’
The duplex penthouse at Trafalgar One has won the ‘Best Apartment’ award at the ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards’.
The Penthouse, finished to the highest possible standard, offers four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a large kitchen / dining / living area, separate reception room, study, utility room and two external terraces, offering uninterrupted views of the National Gallery, Nelson’s Column and Admiralty Arch. To the south, the penthouse also has views over St James’ Park and down the Mall to Buckingham Palace.
