Acquisition of 225 Marsh Wall, E14

LBS Properties has advised Cubitt Property Holdings Limited on the acquisition of a 50,000 square foot office building in Marsh Wall East.

225 Marsh Wall is a multi-let office building located in the area known as Marsh Wall East, immediately to the south-east of the Canary Wharf business district. The building provides flexible office space of various sizes, as well as a business centre offering short-term accommodation to businesses.

The property lies within the Isle of Dogs Opportunity Area, identified in the London Plan, and the Marsh Wall East site allocation, as set out in the Tower Hamlets’ Managing Development Document.

LBS Properties led the acquisition of the building and will manage the operational and commercial aspects of the property.

Acquisition of Meridian Gate, E14

LBS Properties has advised Meridian Property Holdings Limited on the acquisition of a 40,000 square foot office complex in Marsh Wall East.

Meridian Gate is a complex of five office buildings located on Marsh Wall, to the south-east of Canary Wharf. The property lies within the Isle of Dogs Opportunity Area, identified in the London Plan, and the Marsh Wall East site allocation, as set out in Tower Hamlets’ Managing Development Document.

LBS Properties led the acquisition of the building and will manage the operational and commercial aspects of the property.

Works commence on site at Artillery Row, SW1

Works have now commenced on site at the forthcoming residential development, Eight Artillery Row.

Following receipt of detailed planning consent in April 2013, works have started on the conversion of the former government offices into 22 luxury apartments and ground floor retail space.

LBS Properties is responsible for managing the development of Eight Artillery Row.

Artillery Row, SW1 achieves planning permission

The City of Westminster has this month granted detailed planning consent for redevelopment of 4-16 Artillery Row to provide a nine storey building plus basement, comprising retail at ground floor level, 22 residential flats with terraces on the upper floors and basement car parking.

LBS Properties led the acquisition of the site and managed the planning application. LBS Properties will manage the delivery of the development, with works expected to commence in mid 2013.

Works completed at Trafalgar One, SW1

Works have now completed on the iconic Trafalgar One development, in Trafalgar Square.

The Canadian Pacific Building, 62-65 Trafalgar Square, is situated on the south side of Trafalgar Square with spectacular views of the National Gallery and Nelson’s Column. Built in Portland stone and incorporating a clock tower, the building is a landmark in the largest and best-known London square.

LBS Properties carried out a sensitive refurbishment of the building to provide four large, lateral apartments and a duplex penthouse.
