LBS Properties is pleased to announce that Grand Central Apartments is nearly sold out with only 1 apartment remaining approximately 8 months ahead of completion. Future residents will benefit from the best Underground transport links in London from King’s Cross and international travel connections from King’s Cross St Pancras which is a 1 minute walk away from the development.

Construction works at Grand Central Apartments continue to progress. The concrete frame is now complete and façade panels have been installed up to level 18. Structural steelwork to support the north and south sloping roofs is expected to commence in April with all façade and roof works expected to be complete by the end of May 2022.
