Eight Artillery Row

Eight Artillery Row is a collection of 22 luxury apartments, located south of Victoria Street in the heart of SW1, in close reach of Buckingham Palace, St James’ Park and Parliament Square.

The impressive red brick, cast metal and glass façade designed by Make Architects, derives its architectural inspiration from the adjacent Westminster Cathedral Conservation area, transformed in to a 21st Century context.

Following a highly successful launch, all apartments were sold prior to completion.

Eight Artillery Row was the recipient of three awards at the ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016’.

The development was highly commended for ‘Best Apartment’ and ‘Best Conversion,’ and won the award for ‘Best London Home.’

Trafalgar One

The Canadian Pacific Building, 62-65 Trafalgar Square, is situated on the south side of Trafalgar Square with spectacular views of the National Gallery and Nelson’s Column. The building was formerly the headquarters of the renowned railway, hotel and steamship company. Built in Portland stone and incorporating a clock tower, the building is a landmark in the largest and best-known London square.

LBS Properties carried out a sensitive conversion of the building to provide four large, lateral apartments and a duplex-penthouse. The heritage of the building, outstanding interior design and unparalleled views produced record pricing for this area of London.

The Trafalgar One Penthouse won the ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards’ award for the ‘Best Apartment’ in London.

High Street Kensington

151-161 Kensington High Street is located in the heart of Kensington, one of London’s most established prime residential areas and a world-renowned shopping destination. The development is situated on the High Street, less than 150m from the underground station and just a short walk from Holland Park and Hyde Park.

LBS Properties led the acquisition of the property and secured three separate planning permissions to deliver a fully consented scheme for 27 luxury apartments.

The development was sold with the benefit of planning permission.
