Script EC1 provides 51,000 square ft of Grade A workspace located at 44 Featherstone Street, EC1 just 150 meters from Old Street roundabout. LBS Properties undertook a complete external and internal refurbishment of the building and extended the building to provide a new sixth floor, with terracing on levels 5 and 6, cycle storage and new occupier amenities.
