TIDE Bankside

TIDE Bankside comprises 148,500 square feet of Grade A workspace located in the heart of the Southbank. The building, designed by renowned architects Squire & Partners, offers 134,000 square feet of workspace, 13,000 square feet of affordable workspace and 1,500 square feet of retail across lower ground, ground and 11 upper floors with a typical floor plate of 14,000 square feet.

TIDE Bankside has been built to the highest sustainability standards, certified Net Zero Carbon, with BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A’ accreditations.

Located in the heart of the ‘Bankside’ village, the building benefits from easy access to major public transport infrastructure with Blackfriars, London Bridge and Waterloo train stations all within a short walking distance. TIDE Bankside was acquired from Lasalle Investment Management in a joint venture with Barings. Barings is one of the world’s largest investment managers with over $470 billion AUM with investments in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and is a subsidiary of MassMutual.

Development finance was secured from Cain International, with post-development financing from LBBW.
