The Canadian Pacific Building, 62-65 Trafalgar Square, is situated on the south side of Trafalgar Square with spectacular views of the National Gallery and Nelson’s Column. The building was formerly the headquarters of the renowned railway, hotel and steamship company. Built in Portland stone and incorporating a clock tower, the building is a landmark in the largest and best-known London square.
LBS Properties carried out a sensitive conversion of the building to provide four large, lateral apartments and a duplex-penthouse. The heritage of the building, outstanding interior design and unparalleled views produced record pricing for this area of London.
The Trafalgar One Penthouse won the ‘London Evening Standard New Homes Awards’ award for the ‘Best Apartment’ in London.
